The power of speaking your mind

If you say what you really "want and feel" chances are you will never have to hear anybody say: "But I thought you...!!"


Speaking clearly, speaking your mind, shooting from the hip... There are so many different ways to express that messages need to be communicated clearly to avoid embarrassment, pain and heartache, and more often than not... Money loss too!!

Expectations get in the way, fear of disapproval, remorse, being afraid of not getting what you want or losing what you have, the list could go on forever, as well as the burden of not saying what you really mean and-or meaning what you say as the truth drags on and on, pounding in different body parts: your chest, your head and sometimes... Some others where you might feel way more affec ted due to their malfunction...


In a nutshell: you might not get what you want from whom you want it but at least you will be able to tell whether it was worth the effort or not, so many things come clean once you have let them off your chest!! And you might even get a new perspective to an old craving, dream or desire...


So say what you mean and mean what you say!!

We must learn to help those who deserve it, not just those who need it. Life responds to deserve not need.

Leaders must understand that some people will inevitably sell out to the evil side. Don't waste your time wondering why; spend your time discovering who.

We could all use a little coaching. When you're playing the game, it's hard to think of everything.

A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.

As a leader you should always start with where people are before you try to take them to where you want them to go.
